1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Web3 Geeks LMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Accounts & Enrollment

To access courses, you must create a verified account. You are responsible for maintaining password security and all activities under your account. Single course purchases grant lifetime access to that specific course for one individual only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Manual Payment & Activation

For payments made manually via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, you must submit a valid screenshot/proof of payment along with the Transaction ID (TRX ID). Verification is typically processed within 1-2 hours. Providing fraudulent transaction details will result in permanent account suspension.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for our courses. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support channel.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, video lectures, source codes, guides, and curriculum materials are the intellectual property of Web3 Geeks (Private) Limited. Downloading, recording, re-distributing, or commercially exploiting these materials without authorization is strictly illegal.
